Mission

The mission of Faith Christian Academy is to glorify God and partner with families in educating and inspiring their children to impact the world for Jesus Christ. With that mission in mind, we are committed to partnering with the home, church, and school to raise up a child to be a follower and disciple of Jesus Christ, build critical thinking skills, and grow in Christ-like character.

Vision

It is our vision of Faith Christian Academy to engage students in a quality Christ-centered education, from Genesis to Revelations, that equips and challenges them to reach their unique potential spiritually, academically, socially, and physically.

Love God.
We want our love for God to be evident in everything we do. A passionate and intimate relationship with God is essential.

Matthew 22:37 - Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'

Love People.
We believe, speak, act, and think knowing the true identity of every person is “child of God”. A genuine desire to love others is essential.

Matthew 22:39 - And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.'

Be Excellent.

Perfection is unrealistic by excellence attainable. We believe our qulity of work and the effort we give are forms of worship.

Colossians 3:23-24 - Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Be Humble.
We are always willing to look at things from another person's perspective. We strategically and intentionally put the needs of others above ourselves. We take responsibility, we forgive.

Philippians 2:3-4 - Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

Choose Growth.
We believe there is always more to learn, there is always room for improvement, and we don't know what we don't know. We choose to partner with God to see and facilitate growth.

2 Corinthians 3:18 - And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Choose Joy.
We believe the joy of the Lord is always available, current circumstance do not dictate the availability of joy. Whatever we are facing; we stand firm in faith by choosing joy..

James 1:2-4 - Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Our beliefs

We Believe in One God.

 

We believe that this “One God” is triune (Father, Son, Holy Spirit).

 

We believe that the Scriptures in the Bible are true, authoritative, and living.

 

We believe that every human is born a sinner and is need of the grace that God alone can supply.

 

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, was born of a virgin, and is both fully God and fully man.

 

We believe that Jesus Christ died as our substitute to pay for our sins.

 

We believe that Jesus Christ physically rose from the dead.

 

We believe that Jesus Christ physically ascended into heaven.

 

We believe that those who trust in Christ alone will live in eternity with Him (Heaven).

 

We believe that by trusting in Jesus alone I can be redeemed, restored, and reconciled to God and can experience life to the full and joy here on earth.

 

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
